NBA Summer League: Zion Williamson First NBA Game Halted By Earthquake

The first game of the NBA Summer League for Zion Williamson was halted amid earthquake effects in Los Vegas.

The game between the Pelicans and Knicks at Thomas & Mack Center was suspended for the night with 7:53 remaining in the fourth quarter after the effects of an Earthquake hit Las Vegas at 8:20 p.m. local time.

According to the United States Geological Society, the magnitude of Earthquake in California was 7.1. The earthquake affected about 150 miles northeast of Los Angeles

The game that was stopped amid earthquake. The game featured the much anticipated NBA debuts of Williamson with the Pelicans and his former Duke teammate R.J. Barrett with the Knicks.
